The Dewey-Humboldt Area Drainage Master Study is being largely funded by a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant administered by the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA). The general scope of professional engineering services includes the preparation of an Area Drainage Master Study for the Town of Dewey-Humboldt. Tasks include:
A. Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analysis.
B. Data collection and documentation of existing hydraulic structures.
C. Perform Community Engagement and Project Outreach, including public meetings.
D. Identify potential mitigation alternatives with project rankings.
E. Provide 30% plans and cost estimates for the top three ranked projects.
