Yavapai County Development Services Proposed Fee Updates

Yavapai County Development Services is proposing fee updates for its Building Safety, Planning, and Environmental units. These fees have not been adjusted in several years – 2018, 2012, and 1999, respectively. Currently, fees only cover 59% of operating costs, significantly below the historical rate of 90-95%. Rising expenses and increased workload due to county growth necessitate these updates.
