The parcel ownership information, improvements, sales, and valuation are populated with information from the new Assessor database. If you have any concerns or issues regarding this data, please contact the Yavapai County Assessor’s Office.

If the Interactive Map Tool application is not working for you, review the frequently asked questions for some common answers.

Imagery Moved on the Interactive Map

The Imagery & Measure Tool were moved in the Interactive Mapping application. Look at the top RIGHT corner of the map for the Basemap and Quick Measure.

GIS Parcels now available on OpenData

The County GIS Department has setup the County-wide parcels as OpenData now. The parcels with limited fields are being shared with decision-makers, staff, and the public.

GIS Update - Outage scheduled Tuesday Jan 16th 8:30 am

GIS department is working to upgrade the hardware behind the public GIS applications. Some public GIS websites will be down for maintenance. Scheduled outage is Tuesday January 16, 2024 from 8:30 to 9:30 am
