Community Meeting on the Senator Mine

Nearly 700 people attended a Community Meeting on 4/18/2024, at the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center, regarding the Senator Hwy Mine in Yavapai County. Over 100 people watched the livestream which can be seen here. https://youtu.be/mZhgDbWlYqo?t=1019.
Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Mary Mallory hosted the event along with Chairman Craig Brown and Supervisor Harry Oberg.
 
Presenting at the meeting were Leigh Padgitt and Natalie Muilenberg from ADEQ, Paul Marsh the State Mine Inspector, Sarah Clawson from the Prescott National Forest, Leon Thomas from BLM, and Roger McCormick and Joe Huot from Yavapai County Public Works. Yavapai County Manager Maury Thompson was the Emcee for the evening.
 
Also in attendance was Senator Ken Bennett @BennettArizona , Representative Selina Bliss Selina Bliss For State Representative - District 1 Bliss, Representative Quang Nguyen Quang H. Nguyen, and a representative from Representative Eli Crane's office Rep. Eli Crane.
