WELL LEVEL UPDATE FOR BLACK CANYON CITY - and it's good news! Well level reports provided by ADOT, Arizona Metals and the Black Canyon City Domestic Water Improvement District (BCCDWID) indicate well levels around Black Canyon City are rising.
