Public Defender

Responsible for the court-appointed representation of persons not financially able to afford an attorney

Adult Probation

Risk/need assessments, pre-sentence investigations and reports, community supervision, and a variety of programs

Juvenile Probation

Delinquency and dependency court services, risk-based community supervision, evidence-based assessments, prevention services and resources, and juvenile detention services

Constable's Office

Execute, serve and return all processes, warrants and notices directed or delivered to them by a justice of the peace
