If the Interactive Map Tool, the application does not load a map or when using the application, the spinning globe stays on my web browser page try these in this order:
A) Delete your browsers temporary internet files. Each browser has different ways to accomplish this but most common steps are to find
Clear browser data in the most often used web browser with the keyboard shortcut.
- While your browser is the focus window, press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].
- In the Clear History popup menu, choose what options you need; Time range is recommended “All times” or “Everything”. For certain you need to choose “Cookies and other site data”. Click on the “Clear now” or “Ok” button and wait for the history to be deleted. If you have never done this on your browser, this could take several minutes.
B) Try to use a different web browser on the same computer/device you are using if available.
C) Test the website on a different device, ask someone else to test it.
D) Tried the three options above, then call the GIS Department (928) 771-3169 for other suggestions, please identify that you read the frequencty asked questions and what steps you have completed.
