Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How often is the Mapping Application’s data updated?

Certain business processes can take several weeks for changes to be displayed on the web page. Please note: The map information (i.e. parcels, roads, lot dimensions, lot numbers, etc.) is updated daily and will reflect new parcel splits and combinations. In other words, the map portion may show the correct parcel, however, the attribute information may not yet be current.

A) Delete your browsers temporary internet files. Each browser has different ways to accomplish this but most common steps are to find

Clear browser data in the most often used web browser with the keyboard shortcut.

  1. While your browser is the focus window, press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].
  2. In the Clear History popup menu, choose what options you need; Time range is recommended “All times” or “Everything”. For certain you need to choose “Cookies and other site data”. Click on the “Clear now” or “Ok” button and wait for the history to be deleted. If you have never done this on your browser, this could take several minutes.
