Citizenserve Online Portal Yavapai County Zoning Code Update

Striving to give outstanding customer service, the Development Services Department was established to centralize all development related services for the unincorporated communities of Yavapai County. All of the services provided are designed to protect property, the public health, safety and welfare through addressing, building safety, permitting, planning, land use enforcement and environmental services. Staff also maintains the County’s Comprehensive Plan and provides services to both our Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments

Mandatory Training for Bldg. Safety Staff on 12/5 No Staff Available

Friday, December 5th. Plans Examiners and Building Inspectors will participate in an all-day mandatory training session. No Inspections will be held on this date.

Cesspool Abatement Program

Newly Adopted Building Code

Adoption of the 2024 Building Codes

We are pleased to announce that the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors has approved the 2025 Ordinances adopting the 2024 International Building Codes and other amended codes. These updated codes will go into effect on January 1, 2026.
