2024 Property Tax Bills Coming Soon

The Yavapai County Treasurer's Office has received the 2024 tax roll from the Assessor, as well as the approved 2024 property tax rates from the Board of Supervisors. 

2024 property tax bills are currently being calculated. We expect them to be available in mid-to-late September. When those bills are available, they will be viewable here on the website first before being printed and mailed to all property owners towards the end of September.
