Overlay (Spring, FY 24/25)

Please be advised that PAP, LLC in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing roadwork on Cherokee Road and Sunlit Drive in the Mountain Club and Sapphire Drive and Julie Drive in Diamond Valley.

Construction will begin May 19, 2025, continuing through June 27, 2025. Road construction will consist of an asphalt overlay, shouldering and utility frame adjustments on the roads. Work will be completed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. 

One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; however, motorists may encounter lane restrictions, lane shifts, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zones. Motorists should expect minor inconveniences and delays and should allow extra time to get through the construction area. Please follow all traffic control devices when travelling through the work zone.
