PINE DRIVE DIRT TO BLACK PROJECT IN YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA

Please be advised that Asphalt Paving and Supply, Inc. in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing roadwork on Pine Drive and View Drive in the Thumb Butte area of Prescott.

Construction will begin February 18, 2025, continuing through June 10, 2025. Road construction will consist of road excavation, asphalt paving, guardrail, bridge removal and replacement with a two-barrel box culvert and miscellaneous drainage improvements. Work will be completed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

There will be temporary closures of Pine Drive for the removal and construction of a bridge and box culvert. Once construction of the bridge and box culvert are complete one lane of traffic will remain open. Motorists may encounter lane restrictions, lane shifts, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zones. As part of the construction activities, motorists should expect minor delays and should allow extra time to get through the construction area. Please follow all traffic control devices when travelling through the work zone.
