The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for a mill and fill pavement replacement on Prescott Country Club Boulevard and Turquoise Circle in Prescott Country Club; in addition to a 2-inch asphaltic concrete overlay on Jefferson Street in Mayer. The total project length is 15,218 feet with 35,123 square yards of bituminous pavement removal by Milling, 4,798 tons of asphaltic concrete overlay with PG 64-22 binder, and 845 tons of fiber-reinforced asphaltic concrete overlay with PG 64-22 binder. Other associated work includes 225 linear feet of new guardrail installation, 342 linear feet of existing guardrail height adjustment, and 6 new guardrail end treatments (MSKT TL-2) installation on Turquois Circle; as well as the application of approximately 4,000 pounds of crack seal material and the installation of 7,417 square yards of Asphalt-Rubber Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlay (SAMI) on Prescott Country Club Boulevard; and restoring pavement markings and striping on all three roads. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
