A HOME OF MY OWN!
Yavapai County Development Services is excited to announce that our award-winning A Home of My Own program has added THREE NEW floorplans that are available for download today!
Our program now offers SIX pre-approved construction plan options which include one, two, and three-bedroom homes that property owners can use free of charge to build on their properties.
Plans are available to property owners in the unincorporated areas of Yavapai County and the Town of Prescott Valley.
