On September 17, 2025, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Yavapai County Strategic Plan. This plan has 5 priority areas including infrastructure, water & open space, public safety, housing & regional economic development, and good governance. Within those priority areas are 11 strategic goals in total.

So that rural residents can efficiently access quality County services, by July 1, 2027, Yavapai County, informed by the Rural Services Study, will establish service delivery facilities in targeted rural areas. b.
