As of September of 2019, Development Services is fully electronic with its online permitting system, called Citizen Serve - Online Permit Portal. Please visit the portal to apply when you have prepared all requested documents in electronic format. If your project is a subdivision or requires a use permit, variance, density district change or a zoning map change, a pre-application meeting is required prior to submittal of these applications. Please note that staff requires adequate review times prior to placing a project on the case schedule. Due to current workloads, hearings, holidays, staffing considerations and prior requests already in the queue the average response time is anywhere between 10-17 business days.
