Yavapai County, April 1, 2025 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of single-family residential homes in Yavapai County increased by 0.2% in 2024 compared to 2023.

Data recorded through March indicates that the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County in 2024 is $550,000, up from $549,000 in 2023. Regional sales data for 2024 indicates that the Quad Cities' median home sale price is $553,765, with Prescott’s median home price up 3.1% at $655,000 and Prescott Valley showing an increase of 0.3% at $496,578.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $445,000, up 1.4% while the Sedona/VOC area is currently at $1,000,000, up 7.0% since 2023.
