Yavapai County, June 2, 2025 – According to Assessor Simmons, early data reflects the median sales price of single-family residential homes in Yavapai County decreased by 0.4% in 2025 compared to 2024.

Sales recorded through May indicate the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County for 2025 is $550,000, down from $552,000 in 2024. Regional sales data for 2025 shows the Quad Cities' median home sale price is at $548,950, with Prescott’s median home price down 2.3% at $640,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 3.9% at $479,500.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $421,000, down 5.4%, while the Sedona/VOC area is at $1,037,000, up 3.7% since 2024.
