Yavapai County, May 1, 2026 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of singlefamily homes in Yavapai County has decreased by 0.9% in 2025 compared to 2024. Sales recorded through April 2026 indicate the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County for 2025 is $550,000, down from $555,000 in 2024.

Regional sales data for 2025 shows the Quad Cities' median home sale price is at $549,000, with Prescott’s median home price down 4.4% at $636,195 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 4.0% at $480,000.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $430,000, down 3.4%, while the Sedona/VOC area is at $1,090,000, up 9.0% since 2024.
