Yavapai County, November 8, 2024 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of single-family residential homes in Yavapai County decreased by 0.7% in 2024 compared to 2023.

Data recorded through October indicates that the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County in 2024 is $545,000, down from $548,924 in 2023. Regional sales data for 2024 indicates that the Quad Cities' median home sale price is $550,000, with Prescott’s median home price up 2.3% at $650,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 1.4% at $488,000.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $440,000, up 0.2% while the Sedona/VOC area is currently at $1,031,000, up 10.7% since 2023.
