2025 Tax Lien Auction Closed

IMPORTANT: The 2025 Tax Lien Auction is now closed for prospective investors. While the auction has concluded, it takes approximately two weeks for auction results to be reflected in our system. Tax lien certificates that did not receive a bid during the auction will be available for purchase as “over the counter” liens on March 3rd. 

NOTE FOR REAL PROPERTY OWNERS: As auction results are still in the process of being finalized, there will be a brief period where delinquent 2023 property taxes cannot be redeemed. Because of this, our office will not be able to quote amounts or accept payments for 2023 liens until further notice. Tentatively, this process should be completed by the last week of February.
