Appointment for District 2 Supervisor

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors received five letters of interest to fill the vacancy of the Yavapai County District 2 Supervisor.
The following individuals submitted Letters of Interest by the deadline and met the statutory qualifications.

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors will review and consider appointing one of these individuals at a regular Board of Supervisors meeting on April 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Yavapai County Verde Valley Complex Hearing Room located at 10 South 6th Street, Cottonwood, Arizona.

Comments will be accepted until 5:00 PM on March 28, 2025.
Important Dates

- April 16, 2025: Board Meeting to Vote on Replacement
- August 4, 2026: Next Regular Primary Election
- November 3, 2026: Next Regular General Election
The appointed individual will serve until the winner of the November 3, 2026, general election takes office. The elected individual may assume office within 90 days following the election's official results. To serve the full term ending in December 2028, candidates must run in the 2026 primary and general elections.
