Yavapai County Development Services and VuSpex 

Virtual Inspections for Building Projects in Yavapai County

With the integration of VuSpex and the Citizenserve online permitting program, homeowners and contractors may schedule virtual inspections, upload pictures and videos, and/or request live video conferences to complete inspections remotely. This service, provided by Development Services, enhances efficiency while saving Yavapai County residents time and money. VuSpex can be utilized for the following inspections at this time:
