Rimrock Flood Mitigation Scoping Project
The Yavapai County Flood Control District is conducting an Area Drainage Master Study (ADMS) for the Rimrock community adjacent to Wet Beaver Creek to identify known and potential flooding hazards. The primary focus of the study is to formulate feasible conceptual alternatives to help mitigate drainage issues within the community.
A public meeting for this project was held at Beaver Creek School on April 4th from 5-7 pm.
Public involvement is vital to the success of this project. A survey has been made available to the residents of the Rimrock community to help identify areas that have experienced drainage related issues. The survey will be available until 4/19/2024.
