Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) is pleased to offer counseling and psychiatric services, now available in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Cottonwood. Our team is dedicated to addressing the unique demands of improving mental health. We offer tailored support for numerous counseling and mental health needs, including depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

  • Initial intake and evaluation for mental health concerns
  • Medication management for mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and PTSD
  • Substance Use Disorder treatment, including medications for Opioid Use Disorder
  • Individual counseling and psychotherapy

Same Day or Telehealth Appointments Available! 

Most insurances accepted, including AHCCCS AND Medicare. Based on income and family size, a Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program is offered to those who qualify.
