Western Overlay (Fall, FY 25-26)

Please be advised that Earth Resources Corporation in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing an asphalt overlay on Road 4 North in Chino Valley and Dearing Road in Prescott.

Construction will begin November 3, 2025 and continue through December 16, 2025. Construction work will include an asphalt overlay, guardrail updates and striping on both roads. Work will be completed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday. 

One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; however, motorists may encounter lane restrictions, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zones. Motorists should expect minor delays and should allow extra time to get through the construction area. Please follow all traffic control devices when travelling through the work zone.
