Yavapai County Parks

Special Event Permits are required at all Yavapai County Parks for organized gatherings of 50 or more people.

Please submit your Special Event Application through Yavapai County Development Services at the Citizenserve Online Permit Portal. Once you enter the Portal, click on “APPLY ONLINE” under “Online Services - Permitting”. This will take you to the Login Page. You will need to register for a new account if you do not already have one.

Please note: Inflatables, such as bouncy houses, are not permitted in Yavapai County Parks.

Please observe the following rules at all Yavapai County Parks:

PARKS OPEN FROM DAWN TO DUSK

NO:     Alcohol, Camping
  Fires (except in BBQs)
  Discharge of Firearms (except as expressly permitted by law)*
  Use of Fireworks (except as expressly permitted by law)**
  *   Must fall within exceptions specified in ARS §13-3108(G)(5)
  ** The use of “Permissible Consumer Fireworks” as defined in ARS §36-1601(5)(a) is permitted except when an Outdoor Fireworks Prohibition,
     enacted pursuant to Yavapai County Ordinance 2011-1 is in effect.
