Epoxy Chip Seal Bridge Deck Preservation Project Fiscal Year 26/27

Earth Resources Corporation, in conjunction with Yavapai County, will be performing a asphalt overlay on Little Ranch Road in Paulden, Maricopa Drive in Prescott, Diamond Drive in Diamond Valley and Tara Springs Road in Black Canyon City.

Construction will begin April 27, 2026, continuing through June 30, 2026.

Chip Seal (Fall, FY 26/27)

Earth Resources Corporation in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing chip seal and fog seal operations on various roads in Jerome, Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek.

Construction will begin August 10, 2026, continuing through October 29, 2026.

Annual Overlay Fiscal Year 26/27

Williamson Valley Road Mill and Fill

Fann Contracting, Inc. in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing roadwork on Williamson Valley Road from the City of Prescott boundary and Mile Marker 3 just past Pioneer Parkway.

Construction will begin June 1, 2026, continuing through August 5, 2026.

Beaverhead Flat Road and Cornville Road Improvement Project

Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc., in conjunction with Yavapai County, will be performing asphalt overlay roadwork on the entire length of Beaverhead Flat Road and Cornville Road from Kimberley’s Way and the ADOT I-17 interchange.

Construction will begin July 13, 2026, continuing through November 12, 2026.

Rubberized Chip Seal Cornville Road

VSS International, Inc., in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing rubberized chip seal and fog seal operations on Cornville Road from Cornville to Kimberley’s Way.

Construction will begin June 1, 2026, continuing through June 30, 2026.
