SCHEDULE CHANGE: Final striping of new Cornville and Tissaw roundabout scheduled for Sept. 17

Drivers should expect short delays

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises Verde Sante Fe community members and Cornville area drivers to plan for lane restrictions on Tissaw Road and Cornville Road on Thursday, Sept. 17 for final striping.

  • Final striping of Tissaw Road, Cornville Road and the new roundabout will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17.
  • Flaggers will move drivers through the work zone.
  • Law enforcement will be onsite during final striping. 
  • Drivers should expect slowing on Cornville Road and minor delays on Tissaw Road.
  • The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone.
