Site Investigations

Your site must be inspected to determine suitability for a septic system (onsite wastewater system). Please see the documents below for more information. Development Services requires applicants to submit site investigations through the county’s web portal. Visit the portal at https://www.citizenserve.com/yavapaicounty.

Arizona Administrative Code
The official rules for on-site wastewater treatment facilities, effective November 12, 2005, are contained in the Arizona Administrative Code, available on the AZ Secretary of State’s website. Site investigation rules are in AAC R18-9-310. Chapter 9
