Dev Serv. Announces Inspections Change South of Cordes I-17 corridor

Effective December 1st, 2024,

Building Safety Inspections will be conducted

Monday through Thursday only for projects located

South of Cordes Lakes on the I-17 Corridor.

Friday inspections will no longer be available in these areas, except in emergency situations.
