As of September of 2019, Development Services is fully electronic with it’s online permitting system, called Citizen Serve - Online Permit Portal. Please visit the portal to apply when you have prepared all requested documents in electronic format. If your project is a subdivision or requires a conditional use permit, variance, or a zoning map change, a pre-application meeting is required prior to submittal of application. For more information please email planning@yavapaiaz.gov. Please note that staff requires adequate review times prior to placing a project on the schedule. Due to our current workloads, hearings, and prior requests already in the queue the average response time is anywhere between 3 to 7 business days.
