Judd Simmons - County Assessor

Judd and his family moved to Arizona in 1970 and have called Prescott home since 1978. He grew up in a historic home in Groom Creek that originally served as a saloon to the many miners and cowboys who traveled from town into the Bradshaw Mountains.

Judd is a graduate of Prescott High School and acquired his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. For over twenty years, he worked as a real estate appraiser and owned his own appraisal business. His time spent as an appraiser and Realtor were part of the inspiration to run for the office of County Assessor in 2016.

Judd serves on several non-profit boards and maintains both his appraisal and real estate licenses. He is the proud father of two adult sons. In his free time, he can usually be found on one of the many wonderful mountain bike trails throughout Yavapai County.
