Yavapai County December 5th, 2023, – According to Assessor Simmons, single-family residential median home sales in 2023 reflect a 3% increase in a year-over-year comparison with 2022. According to home sales data recorded through November 2023, the median sales price of homes in Yavapai County for 2023 stands at $540,000. An increase over the $525,000 median sales price from the calendar year 2022.

According to 2023 regional sales data, the Quad Cities have a median home sale price of $545,000. The Verde Valley/Sedona area's current median home sale price is $530,000, while the rural county, including Wickenburg, is at $524,900.
