Yavapai County, February 7, 2025 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of single-family residential homes in Yavapai County is at the same price in 2024 compared to 2023. Data recorded through January indicates that the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County in 2024 is $548,850 compared to $548,848 in 2023.

Regional sales data for 2024 indicates that the Quad Cities' median home sale price is $550,000, with Prescott’s median home price up 2.4% at $650,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 1.6% at $487,000.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $440,000, up 0.2% while the Sedona/VOC area is currently at $1,000,000, up 7.4% since 2023.
