Yavapai County, January 7, 2026 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of singlefamily homes in Yavapai County has decreased by 0.9% in 2025 compared to 2024. Sales recorded through December indicate the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County for 2025 is $550,000, down from $555,000 in 2024.

Regional sales data for 2025 shows the Quad Cities' median home sale price is at $549,000, with Prescott’s median home price down 5.5% at $630,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 3.6% at $482,250.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $439,500, down 1.2%, while the Sedona/VOC area is at $1,077,500, up 7.7% since 2024.
