According to Assessor Simmons, single-family residential median home sales in early 2024 reflect a 0.5% increase in a year-over-year comparison with 2023. According to home sales data recorded through June, the median sale price of homes in Yavapai County for 2024 stands at $549,900. The median sale price in 2023 was $547,209.

According to 2024 regional sales data, the Quad Cities median home sale price is $542,547. The Verde Valley and Sedona area's median home sale price is $569,000, while the rural county, including Wickenburg, is $540,000.
