According to home sales data recorded through April, the median sale price of homes in Yavapai County for 2024 stands at $535,000. The median sale price in 2023 was $545,418.

According to 2024 regional sales data, the Quad Cities median home sale price is $535,000. The Verde Valley and Sedona area's median home sale price is $559,000, while the rural county, including Wickenburg, is $497,500.
