Yavapai County, September 3, 2024 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of single-family residential homes in Yavapai County increased by 0.3% in 2024 compared to 2023. Data recorded through August indicates that the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County in 2024 is $549,450, up from $547,597 in 2023.

Regional sales data for 2024 indicates that the Quad Cities' median home sale price is $548,700, with Prescott’s median home price up 2.4% at $650,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 3.5% at $477,375. The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $559,500, up 1.4% while the Sedona/VOC area is currently at $1,000,000, up 7% since 2023.
