Yavapai County, August 1, 2025 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of single-family homes in Yavapai County has held steady in 2025, matching 2024 levels. Sales recorded through August confirm the median price for homes in both years stands at $555,000.

Regional sales data for 2025 shows the Quad Cities' median home sale price is at $549,950, with Prescott’s median home price down 3.9% at $639,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 2.9% at $485,000.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $434,500, down 2.4%, while the Sedona/VOC area is at $1,058,653, up 5.9% since 2024.
