single-family residential homes in Yavapai County increased by 0.3% in 2024 compared to 2023. Data recorded through August indicates that the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County in 2024 is $549,450, up from $547,597 in 2023.

Firefighters Respond to Wildfire in the Cellar Creek Area

PRESCOTT, Ariz. – Sept. 5, 2024 – On August 30, 2024, resources from Prescott National Forest responded to a reported wildfire south of Prescott in the Cellar Creek area. The lightning-caused Cellar 2 Fire is burning in brush and grass in the Cellar Fire burn scar and is currently estimated to be at 175 acres.

Skull Valley Community Clean-Up

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, working with the Public Works Department, is pleased to announce a community clean-up in Skull Valley. The clean-up will be open to Yavapai County residents for no charge 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on September 26, 27, 28, 2024 at the Skull Valley Transfer Station. This program is for residential use only. No Commercial Dumping.
