Project Overview

Please be advised that Earth Resources Corporation, in conjunction with Yavapai County, will be performing a asphalt overlay on Little Ranch Road in Paulden, Maricopa Drive in Prescott, Diamond Drive in Diamond Valley and Tara Springs Road in Black Canyon City.

Construction will begin August 3, 2026, continuing through October 8, 2026. Road construction will consist of asphalt overlay, striping and shoulder work. Work will be completed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday.

One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; however, motorists may encounter lane restrictions, lane shifts, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zones. Motorists should expect minor delays and allow extra time to get through the construction area. Please follow all traffic control devices when travelling through the work zone.
