Eastern Overlay (Fall, FY 25-26)

Please be advised that Fann Contracting, Inc. in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing an asphalt overlay on Concho Circle in the Village of Oak Creek, Sage Brush in Spring Valley, Squaw Valley Drive, Garnet Lane and Velda Rose in Black Canyon City.

Construction will begin November 17, 2025 and continue through January 6, 2026. Construction work will include an asphalt overlay on each road with driveway tie-ins to property, shoulder work and striping. Work will be completed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday. 

One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; however, motorists may encounter lane restrictions, lane shifts, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zones. Motorists should expect minor delays and should allow extra time to get through the construction area. Please follow all traffic control devices when travelling through the work zone.
