The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for a two-inch asphaltic concrete overlay on 1,060 linear feet of Sunlit Drive and 997 linear feet of Cherokee Road in Mountain Club, and 1,903 linear feet of Sapphire Drive and 1,753 linear feet of Julie Drive in Diamond Valley. The project has approximately 1,648 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder. Other associated work includes adjusting two water valve frames and five manhole frames, 8,014 linear feet of shoulder build-up and grading and thickened edge preparation. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 1, 2025, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
