The Yavapai County Assessor's Office is committed to offering property owners comprehensive deed protection, in accordance with Arizona State Statutes. Our Taxpayer Protection Program is a voluntary initiative designed to help prevent fraudulent activity related to ownership and mailing address changes.
The purpose of this program is to notify the owners of a change in their Assessor's mailing address or ownership record.
We are currently working to get the new program into place, and we will begin accepting enrollments after the first of the new year. We invite you to visit either of our office locations after January 1, 2027, to complete the Taxpayer Protection Program application. Please note that signatures from the property owner(s) are required and must be witnessed by a member of the Assessor's staff. More details will follow as the program gets up and running.
Recorded Document Alert is a free service to citizens who are concerned about potential deception through recordings in Yavapai County. Proactively monitor and be alerted when a document is registered in a specific individual's name and/or business name in Yavapai County.
