According to Assessor Simmons, early data reflects the median sales price of single-family residential homes in Yavapai County decreased by 0.5% in 2025 compared to 2024. Sales recorded through June indicate the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County for 2025 is $549,900, down from $552,500 in 2024.

Regional sales data for 2025 shows the Quad Cities' median home sale price is at $547,645, with Prescott’s median home price down 3.2% at $635,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 2.8% at $485,000.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $434,000, down 2.5%, while the Sedona/VOC area is at $1,025,000, up 2.5% since 2024.
