Yavapai County, November 3, 2025 – According to Assessor Simmons, the median sales price of single-family homes in Yavapai County has decreased by 0.9% in 2025 compared to 2024. Sales recorded through October indicate the median sales price for homes in Yavapai County for 2025 is $550,000, down from $555,000 in 2024.

Regional sales data for 2025 shows the Quad Cities' median home sale price is at $550,000, with Prescott’s median home price down 5.3% at $630,000 and Prescott Valley showing a decrease of 3.0% at $485,000.

The median home sale price for the Verde Valley area currently stands at $432,715, down 2.8%, while the Sedona/VOC area is at $1,083,000, up 8.3% since 2024.
