The Yavapai County Attorney's Office complies with all applicable state and federal laws regarding the disclosure of witness information in connection with criminal cases and Arizona's Public Records laws.

Additional information about the Yavapai County Attorney's Office's placement of a witness in the Statewide Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database can be obtained following the instructions and links below. Please be aware that some witnesses may have been placed in the Statewide Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database by more than one prosecuting agency. The Yavapai County Attorney's Office can only provide the information it possesses, which typically will only relate to Yavapai County's placement decision.

  1. If you are a prosecutor from another jurisdiction seeking information about a witness in the Statewide Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database, and wish to obtain more information about that placement, please complete this form. For urgent requests, contact Bill Hughes at the Yavapai County Attorney's Office at (928) 771-3344.
  2. If you are an attorney representing a defendant in a Yavapai County Justice or Superior Court case, please direct any questions to the prosecutor assigned to your case.
  3. If you are a defendant requesting information about a witness in one of your cases, the Yavapai County Attorney's Office cannot communicate with you if you are represented by an attorney. Please direct any inquiries you may have to your attorney.
  4. If you are a defendant in a Yavapai County Justice or Superior Court case and no attorney is representing you, please direct any questions in writing to the prosecutor assigned to your case. If you do not know who that is, you can search pending cases at this link or call the Yavapai County Attorney's Office at (928) 771-3344 for the prosecutor's name and contact information.
